Kenna Servo was awarded a second place ribbon during the Jefferson City Historic Preservation Committee Heritage Awards ceremony for her pencil drawing of the Missouri State Penitentiary. Her drawing, however, was chosen by Jefferson City Mayor Carrie Tergin, right, as the "Mayor's Choice" and will be hung in the Mayor's office.
